Payment & refund policy

1. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) on each event page and are final — no hidden fees. Payment is processed by the Wayl gateway. We never see or store your card details; they stay with the gateway. We keep only the transaction reference, the amount and its status.

1.1 Paying cash at the office

If you cannot pay online, some courses accept cash at the office. Choosing it holds your seat and gives you a payment code, the office address and hours, and a pay-by deadline. If the money does not arrive by then, the seat is released automatically. The office can differ per course, so always follow the address shown on your own booking.

2. Confirming your seat

Registering for a paid event holds your seat for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in that window, the seat is released automatically (and may go to the waitlist) and the checkout link is invalidated. A seat is confirmed only once the gateway confirms the payment.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund up to 36 hours before the event starts, minus a 25% deduction covering payment-gateway fees and administrative costs.

• To request: open Request a refund, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.
• On confirmation your booking is cancelled, your seat is freed and any issued certificate is revoked.
• Money is returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
• After the window closes no refund is due — the seat was reserved for you and withheld from others.

4. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel an event you receive a full refund with no deduction. If we reschedule it, you may keep your seat on the new date or take a full refund.

5. Attendance & certificates

Payment secures your seat, not the certificate. Certificates are issued once your attendance is complete under each event's rules. Not attending does not entitle you to a refund.
